  • Online coaching: both one on one as well as designing a program for you to follow.

  • In person coaching: if you're in the Dallas area and looking for some hands on learning I'd be happy to assist.  

  • Nutritional coaching: not sure what foods are best, how much or when to consume them? I'll coach you on how to better listen to your body to create a meal plan that suits your needs. 
  • Small group private training: A great option for those looking at more economical ways to obtain ongoing training.  Jump in on a current group or create your own.
  • Seminars/lectures/workshops: a great option for those interested in larger group workshops.
